New Mizuno JPX EZ & JPX EZ Forged now in!

We have now taken delivery of our demo heads in the Mizuno JPX EZ & JPX EZ forged models. 

Mizuno's latest JPX EZ range is a 'point and shoot' iron with launch monitor busting ball speeds - it's also engineered to be the best feeling and most balanced within its class. 

As a fitting centre for Mizuno irons, we have full stock of all current heads and shafts. Also, to make the fitting process as detailed and accurate as possible we have the Mizuno swing DNA Shaft Optimiser is unique in the amount of information it records.

Clubhead speed and tempo might typically determine the ideal flex and weight of the shaft, but with so many variables to consider - weight, flex, kick point, tip softness - much more hard data is required to accurately determine a player's optimimum shaft. The Shaft Optimiser also measures shaft toe down, shaft kick angle and release factor readings in order to build up the players unique blueprint.

Time to start practicing! 

It may be the middle of January and looking out your window in the mornings to see a frost, but now really is the time to start your practice and working on your game in readiness for the season. If you have chance to play over the last few weeks, the course is in magnificent condition, considering the variable weather conditions. 

Furthermore, with the short game area maturing and bedding in all the time, it is a great place to start working on the most important part of the game. With 9 different pin positions and anything from a full 50 yard pitch shot to a 10 yard chip over a grassy mound, as well as a bunker to test all aspects of your short game.

If you prefer your practice to be playing holes on the golf course, now is also the best time for that as the greens are soft and the rough is yet to be knee height, so it is very forgiving if you are working on a change in your swing. You will be grateful come the summer for all the hard work you put in now. Who knows, this could be the year you finally achieve the handicap you have wanted to reach for a while.
